Early Inspiration

"I have always enjoyed baking cakes and watching my Mum cook African Cuisine at home when I was young but my passion for becoming a chef ignited when I was in High-school, The teacher always used my food as an example “Everyone, look at Exose's food, this is how it should look and taste” This was so rewarding for me, it was at this point I knew I wanted to be a chef."

"Growing up with my mothers cooking I was surrounded by big flavours which have stuck with me and this shows in my dishes. I developed a love for pastry and multiple cuisines including Italian, French, English & Asian which I like to add my own twist to."
