At the age of 24, Exose created this ECG to provide outsourced catering, consultancy & collaborations. Exose loves sharing his knowledge and skills by collaborating with different companies, from creating Brownies & Cake Jars for a Cafe, designing dishes for menus at restaurants, acting as a food vendor taking over kitchens and running them to making a 5-course fine dining meal in the woods cooked over fire.
