Northern Restaurant & Bar 2022

Exose was part of the Chefs Live theatre at the Northern Restaurant and Bar Show 2022. For his live demo, Exose made a Lemon Meringue Mille Feuille filled with Lemon Custard, Lemon Curd, Raspberry Puree, Raspberries Puff Pastry and then served with Raspberry Sorbet that was made Live in 5 minutes.

Tom Lowe & Exose Tasting Menu

Exose teamed up with Masterchef: The Professionals Tom Lowe to make a 6-course dinner in London at the Exhibit Bar & Restaurant. The Course consisted of some dishes made by the contestants in the series plus some new dishes.

Nomadic Dinners

Exose created a 4-course fine dining meal with canapes in the woodlands. Dishes consisted of Southern Fried Cauliflower & Siracha Mayonnaise, Spiced Red Fish & Tomato Consomme, Tandoori Spiced Lamb Rump and finished with a Strawberry & Lavender Cheesecake with Micro Cress that the guests foraged themselves.

Sauce Supper Club

After Masterchef: The Professionals, Exose paired up with fellow finalists Olivia Burt & Stu Deeley touring across different parts of the UK cooking up a storm in Birmingham, London, Manchester, Linchfield, Cornwall and more. The event featured a 6-course and special menu for the guest to enjoy.

Exose has worked with several different colleges performing masterclasses as well as working with the students to cook and serve meals for the college. These colleges include Manchester College, Academy West College and Trafford College.
